To inquire about services, schedule a treatment session, sign up for upcoming camp listed, or to be added to the email list please provide your contact information, interested month for treatment, and a brief description of your child's age and medical diagnosis. You can expect a response within 48 hours via phone or email.  

Once you have been contacted and your child's information has been evaluated you will be provided with additional paperwork  required to complete scheduled treatment. Thank you for your interest!
